The Ghost Ledger

The Ghost Ledger

Privacy policy

Effective 29 August 2026

Ghost Ledger is a self-custody wallet. Your recovery phrase and private keys are created on your device, encrypted with your PIN, and stored only on that device. We do not operate an account system. We cannot see, recover, or reset your keys.

What stays on your device

Wallet names, encrypted recovery material, addresses, contacts, PIN vault, settings, and local transaction history live in your browser storage on this device. Erasing wallets in the app deletes that copy. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data also deletes it. There is no cloud backup from us.

What leaves the device

To show balances and send coins, the app talks to public blockchain nodes (for example Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, and other listed networks) and to public price feeds (CoinGecko and Binance). Those services see the addresses you query or the transactions you broadcast — the same as any wallet. We do not receive a copy of your recovery phrase.

Protocol fee

A 1% protocol fee is taken from each send and swap, converted to SOL, and paid on-chain to the project treasury. That is a blockchain payment, not a sale of your personal data.

Ghost routing

Disposable send addresses are generated on your device so later observers cannot trivially link a payment back to your main ledger. This is a local privacy feature, not a custodial mixing service. We never hold the coins in transit.

Children

Ghost Ledger is not directed at children under 13. Do not use it if you are not allowed to hold crypto in your region.

Your choices

You can hide balances, lock the vault, freeze sends, or erase every wallet on the device from Wallet. We cannot do any of that for you. Write down your recovery phrase before you erase anything.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page. Keep using the app only if you accept the current policy.

Contact

For product help, open Support in the app. We cannot restore a lost phrase or PIN.
